Wenn jemand die F\u00fchrungsebene erreicht, hat er bereits Intelligenz, Disziplin und Belastbarkeit in verschiedenen Kontexten bewiesen. Dennoch erleben viele F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte eine schleichende Verschlechterung des F\u00fchrungsgef\u00fchls. Entscheidungen werden schwerwiegender. Der Dialog wird enger. Die Verantwortung konzentriert sich. Die Leistung wird weiterhin erbracht, aber etwas darunter beginnt zu knirschen.      <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Dies ist kein Leistungsproblem. Es ist ein Druckproblem. <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fchrung unter anhaltendem Druck ver\u00e4ndert das interne System, aus dem Entscheidungen getroffen werden. Neurowissenschaften und Psychologie zeigen beide, dass chronische Verantwortung \u00dcberlebensreaktionen lange nach dem Abklingen tats\u00e4chlicher Bedrohungen aktiviert. Was als Anpassungsf\u00e4higkeit beginnt, wird allm\u00e4hlich zum Standard. Kontrolle f\u00fchlt sich sicherer an als Ungewissheit. Handeln f\u00fchlt sich besser an als Nachdenken. Im Laufe der Zeit geht es bei F\u00fchrung weniger um Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten und mehr um automatische Reaktionen. Die meisten F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklungsprogramme greifen an der Oberfl\u00e4che ein. Sie befassen sich mit Verhalten: Kommunikationstechniken, Entscheidungsrahmen, Feedbackmodelle. Diese sind nicht nutzlos, aber sie sind unvollst\u00e4ndig. Verhalten ist die sichtbare Ebene der F\u00fchrung, nicht ihr Ursprung. Darunter liegt das System, das bestimmt, wie Druck verarbeitet wird, wie Macht ausge\u00fcbt wird und wie viel Ambiguit\u00e4t toleriert werden kann, ohne Kontrolle auszul\u00f6sen.          <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte beschreiben dies oft als ein Gef\u00fchl st\u00e4ndiger Bereitschaft. Das Nervensystem bleibt auch in Momenten wachsam, die Erholung erm\u00f6glichen sollten. Meetings f\u00fchlen sich bedeutsam an, auch wenn sie es nicht sind. Stille f\u00fchlt sich unangenehm an. Delegation f\u00fchlt sich riskant an. Nichts davon deutet auf Schw\u00e4che hin. Es deutet auf ein System hin, das sich zu gut an den Druck angepasst hat. Organisationen spiegeln diesen inneren Zustand wider. Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte aus st\u00e4ndiger Aktivierung heraus agieren, werden Teams vorsichtig. Der Dialog verk\u00fcrzt sich. Innovationen gehen zur\u00fcck. Die Verantwortung flie\u00dft eher nach oben als nach au\u00dfen. Was bei anderen als Widerstand oder Desinteresse erscheint, ist oft ein Spiegelbild von unverarbeitetem Druck an der Spitze.            <\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Die Alternative ist nicht Desinteresse oder Nachgiebigkeit. Es ist Regulierung. F\u00fchrungskraft bedeutet nicht, Druck zu vermeiden, sondern die F\u00e4higkeit zu erh\u00f6hen, ihn auszuhalten, ohne in Kontrolle zu verfallen. Wenn F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte lernen, Druck intern zu regulieren, wird Autorit\u00e4t leichter. Entscheidungen gewinnen an Klarheit. Der Dialog \u00f6ffnet sich, ohne die Richtung zu verlieren. Deshalb beginnt nachhaltige F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fteentwicklung unterhalb der Leistungsebene. Nicht mit mehr Anstrengung, sondern mit Bewusstsein. Nicht mit Geschwindigkeit, sondern mit Perspektive. F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte, die ihre inneren Druckmuster verstehen, gewinnen Wahlm\u00f6glichkeiten zur\u00fcck.
