Sie ist selten aufgeschrieben und fast nie bewusst gew\u00e4hlt, und doch bestimmt sie jede Entscheidung, jedes Meeting, jede schlaflose Nacht vor einer Vorstandspr\u00e4sentation. Ich nenne dies das Narrativ \u2013 das unsichtbare Skript, das Ihre kindlichen Erfahrungen \u00fcber Sicherheit und Liebe mit Ihren erwachsenen Gewohnheiten von Macht und Kontrolle verbindet.  <\/p>\n<p>Wenn ich eine neue F\u00fchrungskraft treffe, beginne ich oft mit der Frage: \u201eWas ist Ihre Geschichte?\u201c Die ersten Antworten sind faktisch \u2013 die Geschichte des Unternehmens, die Marktgeschichte. Erst wenn Stille einkehrt, kommt das pers\u00f6nliche Narrativ zum Vorschein: \u201eIch musste schon immer beweisen, dass ich der Sache gewachsen bin.\u201c Oder: \u201eWenn ich aufh\u00f6re, Leistung zu bringen, werden sie sehen, dass ich nicht gen\u00fcge.\u201c Diese S\u00e4tze m\u00f6gen trivial klingen, aber sie sind die Maschinenr\u00e4ume der Identit\u00e4t. Sie offenbaren, wie Menschen gelernt haben, ihren Wert mit ihrer Leistung und ihre Sicherheit mit Kontrolle zu verkn\u00fcpfen.  <\/p>\n<p>Die Quelle der F\u00fchrung setzt sich aus drei miteinander verflochtenen Str\u00f6mungen zusammen: Energie (der rohe Antrieb, der die Bewegung befeuert \u2013 Ehrgeiz, Neugier, Wut oder Liebe), \u00dcberzeugung (die Architektur der Bedeutung, die den Energiefluss formt \u2013 was Sie f\u00fcr wahr \u00fcber die Welt halten) und Erlaubnis (die innere Autorit\u00e4t zum Handeln \u2013 die F\u00e4higkeit, in die volle F\u00fchrungsrolle zu schl\u00fcpfen, ohne auf externe Validierung zu warten).<\/p>\n<p>F\u00fchrung, die nicht in einer sauberen Quelle verwurzelt ist, wird irgendwann kontaminiert. Sie w\u00fcrden nicht aus einem Brunnen trinken, von dem Sie wissen, dass er verschmutzt ist, und doch tun viele Organisationen genau das \u2013 sie trinken aus der Angst, dem Narzissmus oder dem Trauma ihrer F\u00fchrungskr\u00e4fte und verwechseln dies mit Kultur. Verhaltens\u00e4nderung ohne Quellenarbeit ist wie das \u00dcberstreichen von Rost. Es sieht eine Zeit lang sauber aus, und dann kehrt die Korrosion zur\u00fcck.   <\/p>\n<h2>Die Methodik: 7 Schritte der Ver\u00e4nderung<\/h2>\n<p>Der Coaching-Prozess bei TRUE Leadership folgt sieben strukturierten Schritten, die aus Marshall Goldsmiths Stakeholder Centered Coaching adaptiert und mit Tiefenpsychologie integriert wurden. In der L\u00fccke beginnt die eigentliche Arbeit. <\/p>\n<p><strong>Schritt 3: Verhalten mittels Trigger gestalten.<\/strong>  Zwei oder drei spezifische Verhaltens\u00e4nderungen, die an situative Ausl\u00f6ser gekn\u00fcpft sind.
